  • Sector Concentration: IT/ITES and Infrastructure together accounted for 90.91% of operational revenue in FY26, exposing the company to sector-specific downturns.

  • Geographical Concentration: Maharashtra contributed 87.97% of revenue in FY26, despite the company’s presence across multiple states.

  • High Employee Attrition: Employee attrition stood at 54% in FY26, which may affect recruitment, service delivery and workforce stability.

  • Working Capital Pressure: Trade receivables stood at ₹274.20 crore, representing 40.02% of total assets in FY26. The company also reported negative operating cash flow of ₹3.05 crore.

  • Short-Term Contracts: Most client agreements are for one year, with no guaranteed minimum business volumes, creating renewal and revenue visibility risks.

  • Regulatory Compliance: The company has reported instances of delayed statutory filings and payments, along with certain historical compliance observations.

  • Cybersecurity Risks: Its HR-Tech and Reg-Tech platforms handle sensitive employee and client data, exposing the business to risks related to data breaches, system disruptions and privacy compliance.

  • Competitive Pressure: The fragmented HR and staffing market includes large organised players, regional firms and unorganised recruiters, which may increase pricing pressure.

  • Labour Law Changes: Changes in labour regulations could increase compliance and payroll-related costs, which may affect margins if these costs cannot be passed on to clients.

  • Technology Adoption Challenges: Resistance to adopting digital HR solutions, longer sales cycles and higher customer acquisition costs could affect the growth of its technology platforms.
