Risks and Threats of Antala Industries IPO

1. A substantial portion of Antala Industries’ revenue comes from its top 10 customers, accounting for 47.43% of revenue from operations in FY26. Losing major customers, receiving fewer orders or facing pricing pressure from key buyers could adversely affect its revenue, profitability and cash flows.

2. The company operates in a highly competitive and fragmented packaging industry with organised and unorganised manufacturers. Low entry barriers and limited product differentiation may intensify price competition and put pressure on its margins.

3. Antala Industries depends on the timely availability of raw materials, including polypropylene and other packaging inputs. Price increases, supply shortages, transportation disruptions or geopolitical developments could increase production costs and adversely affect profitability.

4. The company’s revenue is concentrated in certain geographical regions, exposing it to regional economic slowdowns, changes in customer demand, labour shortages, infrastructure constraints and other local disruptions. Limited geographical diversification could affect its business performance.

5. The company’s manufacturing operations depend on uninterrupted electricity and fuel supplies and adequate factory utilisation. Power disruptions, equipment issues, operational shutdowns or lower production volumes could delay orders, increase costs and reduce profitability.

6. Antala Industries generally receives orders through purchase orders rather than long-term customer contracts. Customers may reduce or cancel orders, change suppliers or renegotiate commercial terms, making revenue visibility and future demand less predictable.

7. The company requires sufficient working capital to procure raw materials, maintain inventory and meet operating expenses. Any difficulty in securing additional funding, collecting receivables or managing cash flows could constrain operations and planned business expansion.

8. Antala Industries relies significantly on the experience and business relationships of its promoters and directors. The loss of key individuals, difficulties in retaining skilled employees, changes in regulations or an inability to adapt to new technologies and implement expansion plans could adversely affect its future growth.
