Stationary Time Series

A stationary time series lacks any discernible trend. It is characterized by a consistent mean and variance throughout its data points. This term is used to describe a time series with no noticeable changes over time. In other words, the data points do not exhibit any significant increase or decrease. This is an important concept to understand in finance, as it can affect the analysis and forecasting of financial data.
