Collecting bank

Let's talk about documentary collections. This is a process in which a bank acts as an intermediary for the seller's bank by collecting payment or acceptance of a time draft from the buyer. The collected funds are then forwarded to the seller's bank, also known as the remitting bank. This method allows for a secure and efficient transfer of payment between parties involved in a transaction.
