Bid (buying) rate

The exchange rate is the value at which dealers are willing to purchase foreign exchange from other dealers in the market. This rate also determines the price at which potential sellers can sell their foreign exchange to these dealers. In simpler terms, it is the rate at which currency is exchanged between two parties. This rate is highly influenced by economic factors and is constantly fluctuating. Understanding the exchange rate is essential in the world of finance and can greatly impact global trade and investments.
