Draft Offer document

A "Draft Offer document" is a preliminary version of the offer document that is submitted to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This is done at least 21 days before the final version is filed with the Registrar of Companies or Stock Exchanges. SEBI may request changes to be made to the draft offer document, which the issuer or Lead Merchant Banker must incorporate before submitting the final version. The draft offer document is also made available on the SEBI website for public comments for a period of 21 days.
