Book Building

A book building offer is a process in which the price range is determined by syndicate members and the final price is decided by the public through a tender method. This allows for the market forces to determine the price of the issue, rather than a fixed price set by the issuer. It is a popular method for companies to raise capital and allows for a fair and transparent pricing mechanism.
