Floating Rate Bonds

In the world of finance, there is a type of bond known as the Floating Rate Bond. Now, what sets this bond apart from others is its variable interest rate. Unlike traditional bonds with a fixed rate, the interest rate for a floating rate bond is reset at regular intervals. This means that as the market interest rates fluctuate, the interest rate on the bond will also adjust accordingly.
