Flexible Exchange Rate System

In finance, we often encounter a term known as the "floating exchange rate". This refers to a rate that is determined by the forces of supply and demand in the foreign exchange market, without any significant intervention from the government. This system is also sometimes referred to as a "floating exchange rate system". Essentially, it allows for a more flexible and market-driven approach to determining currency values.
