About Invesco WilderHill Clean Energy ETF

PowerShares Wilderhill Clean Energy Portfolio (the Fund) seeks investment that corresponds to the price and yield of the WilderHill Clean Energy Index (the Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to deliver capital appreciation through the selection of companies that focus on greener and generally renewable sources of energy and technologies that facilitate cleaner energy. The Fund invests in the sectors, such as consumer discretionary, industrial, information technology, materials, utilities, energy and consumer staples. The Fund’s investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
