About Innovator U.S. Equity Accelerated 9 Buffer ETF - July

The Fund seeks to provide returns that are twice those of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, while providing a buffer against the first 9% of the ETF's losses, from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in FLexible EXchange Options that reference the Underlying ETF.
