About Innovator Growth Accelerated Plus ETF - January

The Fund seeks to provide returns that are three times those of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, while approximately matching the ETF's losses, from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of FLexible EXchange Options that reference the Underlying ETF.
