AMPLIFY CYBERSECURITY ETF

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the ISE Cyber Security™ Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index. The index tracks the performance of companies across the globe that are a direct service provider for cyber security and for which cyber security business activities are a key driver of the business, whose business model is defined by its role in providing cyber security services and for which cyber security business activities are a key driver of the business. The fund is non-diversified.
