• Less than 10 acres combined (wet + dry).

4. Electricity Consumption

• Average monthly electricity usage must be below 300 units over the past 12 months.

5. Property Ownership

• The family should not own municipal property exceeding 1,000 sq. ft. in area.

6. Educational Criteria

• Students must be enrolled in recognised schools in classes 1st to 12th in Andhra Pradesh.
• 75% attendance is mandatory to remain eligible for support in the following academic year.

7. Special Provisions

• Orphans and street children enrolled via verified voluntary organisations may also qualify, subject to government confirmation.

8. Mother’s Bank Account

• Disbursement will be made via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the mother’s bank account, which must be:
• Aadhaar-seeded, and
• NPCI-enabled for DBT transfers.

9. Admission-Specific Rule

• For new admissions in Class I and Class XI (for the academic year 2025–26), eligibility will be considered post-enrolment.
