Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd, better known as Sona Comstar, recently held a board meeting that marked a poignant turning point for the company. Following the untimely demise of Mr Sunjay Kapur, the company’s esteemed Non-Executive Chairman, a series of significant appointments and acknowledgements were made.
The board paid tribute to Mr Sunjay Kapur, recognising his invaluable contributions by posthumously designating him as Chairman Emeritus.
