Top Losers of the Day – Bharti Airtel, Dr Reddy’s, Adani Ports, Adani Enterprises, and HDFC Life Decline On December 10, 2024

The benchmark indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty50, closed Tuesday’s volatile session nearly unchanged. The Sensex finished at 81,510.05, gaining just 1.59 points after trading between a high of 81,726.34 and a low of 81,182.69. On the other hand, the Nifty50 ended slightly lower by 8.95 points, or 0.05%, at 24,610.05. It touched an intraday high of 24,677.80 and a low of 24,510.65 during the session.

1.Bharti Airtel

Bharti Airtel share price closed today at ₹1,580.05, marking a decline of 1.40%. The company announced that its AI-powered spam filter has blocked 8 billion spam calls and 0.8 billion spam SMS in just 2.5 months since its launch. The system identifies nearly 1 million spammers daily on Airtel’s network. It found that 6% of all calls and 2% of all SMS were categorised as spam.

2.Dr Reddy’s Laboratories

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories share price closed today at ₹1,238.40, marking a decline of 1.33%.

3.Adani Ports

Adani Ports share price closed today at ₹1,252.00, marking a decline of 1.17%. At the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024, the Adani Group revealed plans to invest ₹7.5 lakh crore in Rajasthan. Over half of this amount will be implemented within the next five years.

4.Adani Enterprises

Adani Enterprises share price closed today at ₹2,467.50, marking a decline of 1.14%. 

5.HDFC Life Insurance Company

HDFC Life Insurance Company share price closed today at ₹634.80, marking a decline of 1.09%.
