On January 29, 2025, Suzlon Energy share price traded 5% higher at ₹55.39 at 10:54 AM (IST) for the 3rd consecutive day. Suzlon Energy’s share price reached a 52-week high of ₹86.04 on September 12, 2024, and a 52-week low of ₹35.49 on March 14, 2024. As per BSE, the total traded volume for the stock stood at 2.24 lakh shares with a turnover of ₹1.23 crore.

At the current price, Suzlon Energy shares are trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 158.26x, based on its trailing 12-month earnings per share (EPS) of ₹0.35, and a price-to-book (P/B) ratio of 19.44, according to exchange data.

Shareholding Details

As of December 31, 2024, Suzlon Energy’s promoters held 13.25% of the shares, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) owned 22.87%, and Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) held 9.31%.

Suzlon Energy Q2 FY25 Results

Suzlon Energy posted a strong financial performance in Q3, with net profit soaring year-over-year (YoY) to ₹386.92 crore. The company’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) also saw a significant jump reaching ₹500 crore. Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2,968.81 crore.

Record Order Book and Strong Deliveries

Suzlon achieved a record-high order book of 5.5 GW, fueled by strong demand for its wind turbines. The company delivered 447 MW in Q3, marking a 163% growth, with its S144 turbines accounting for 92% of the total order book.

BSE’s strong financial results reflect its continued efforts to expand market participation and capitalize on growing trading activity across segments.
