The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 21% YoY, reaching ₹1,325 crore, compared to ₹1,094.10 crore in Q2FY24. Additionally, the company’s EBITDA increased by 20.3% YoY to ₹316.5 crore, though its EBITDA margin slightly decreased to 23.9% from 24.1% in Q2FY24.
Sagility India IPO Listing
Sagility India had a modest debut on the stock exchanges on November 12, following the conclusion of its initial public offering (IPO). The shares opened at ₹31.06 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), reflecting a 3.53% premium over the IPO allotment price of ₹30. Similarly, on the NSE (National Stock Exchange), the shares listed at ₹31.06, showing the same 3.53% premium.
