Redtape Interim Dividend of ₹2 Record Date Tomorrow, January 3, 2025

Redtape Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved an interim dividend of ₹2 (100%) per equity share of face value ₹2 each for the financial year 2024-25.
On January 1, 2025, Redtape share price opened at ₹877.85 and closed at ₹879.80. The stock touched its day’s high at ₹880.00 on the NSE.
Redtape Dividend Record Date
As per the company’s communication dated December 20, 2024, and in accordance with Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, Friday, January 3, 2025, has been set as the record date to determine the eligibility of members for the dividend payout.
Q2 and H1 FY 2025 Financial Highlights
For Q2 FY2025, Redtape Limited reported a total income of ₹41,916 lakh, a significant increase from ₹32,711 lakh in Q2 FY2024. However, the profit for the quarter slightly declined to ₹2,507 lakh compared to ₹2,774 lakh during the same period last year.
In H1 FY2025, the company recorded a total income of ₹72,295 lakh, up from ₹36,340 lakh in H1 FY2024, showcasing consistent growth. However, the profit for H1 FY2025 fell to ₹5,571 lakh from ₹7,347 lakh in H1 FY2024.
