PDS Establishes Wholly Owned UK Subsidiary: Simple Approach-UK Limited

PDS Limited, a global fashion and consumer goods company, has expanded its international footprint with the formation of a new entity in the UK. 

The move strengthens the company’s global sourcing, design, and marketing network, further aligning with its strategy of expanding operations across key global markets.

Key Development

According to the company’s regulatory filing, Simple Approach-UK Limited was incorporated on October 31, 2025, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Simple Approach Limited (Hong Kong), making it a step-down subsidiary of PDS Limited. 

The entity will focus on marketing, designing, trading, and sourcing activities, aimed at enhancing creative design capabilities, managing marketing initiatives, and supporting global procurement operations.

The incorporation was executed through cash consideration, with PDS holding an 80 % stake. The total cost of subscription was approximately ₹116.65 (GBP 1) per share.

Strategic Outlook

PDS said the establishment of the UK subsidiary reinforces its presence in one of Europe’s key fashion and retail markets. The new entity is expected to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and market responsiveness through closer proximity to major retail clients and design hubs.

As of October 31, 2025, PDS share price closed at ₹371.50 per share, reflecting a surge of 0.86% from the previous closing price
