
Hexaware Technologies has named Aditya Jayaraman as the new Country Head for India. As per the exchange filings, he will handle the company’s operations and business strategy in the country, focusing on enterprises and global capability centres (GCCs) under Hexaware’s GCC 2.0 framework. The announcement was made on November 14, 2025, through the company’s offices in India, New Jersey, and London.
In his new position, Jayaraman will oversee Hexaware’s India operations and manage its business expansion plans. He will work with clients and partners to strengthen the company’s relationships and delivery. His role includes leading initiatives aimed at improving Hexaware’s engagement with GCCs based in India.
Jayaraman has over 25 years of experience in technology, consulting, and digital services. He has worked across cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Before joining Hexaware, he served as the Technology Leader for the Hi-Tech vertical at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in North America. During his time there, he worked with more than 150 Fortune 1000 companies, supporting their technology and digital transformation projects.
He has also been involved in the startup ecosystem. Jayaraman co-founded a Generative AI startup incubator and continues to guide early-stage companies in areas such as product development, market alignment, and business planning. His career includes experience across both established technology firms and new ventures.
Jayaraman holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from NIT Trichy and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He is also a CFA charter holder.

With this appointment, Hexaware adds a senior leader to its India operations. The company continues to build its presence in the enterprise and GCC segments through its GCC 2.0 framework and local delivery network.
