Indian Oil Corporation Ltd’s board has recommended a final dividend of 30% for FY 2024-25, amounting to ₹3.00 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration at the AGM. The Company has fixed Friday, 8th August 2025, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the dividend.
