LTIMindtree Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹45 per equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
On May 21, 2025, LTIMindtree share price (NSE: LTIM) opened at ₹5,059.00 and closed at ₹5,028.00, up by 0.25%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹5,074.40.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹45 per equity share of face value ₹1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Record Date to determine the eligibility of members to receive this dividend is set as Friday, May 23, 2025. The dividend will be paid within 10 days from the date of declaration.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, the company reported revenue of $1,131 million, reflecting a marginal decline of 0.7% sequentially but a 5.8% increase year-on-year. Operating margin stood at 13.8%, while net profit came in at $130.6 million, up 2.0% quarter-on-quarter but down 1.4% compared to the same period last year. In INR terms, quarterly revenue was ₹97,717 million, up 1.1% Q-o-Q and 9.9% Y-o-Y, with net profit at ₹11,286 million, growing 3.9% sequentially and 2.5% annually.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025, the company posted revenue of $4,492.5 million, registering a 4.8% growth year-on-year. The operating margin for the year stood at 14.5%. Net profit for the year was $543.9 million, reflecting a 1.7% decline from the previous year. In INR terms, annual revenue stood at ₹3,80,081 million, up 7.0% Y-o-Y, while net profit increased slightly by 0.4% to ₹46,020 million.
