Lemon Tree Hotels was in focus on Friday. On December 20, 2024, Lemon Tree share price opened at ₹157.53, the same as its previous close of ₹157.53. At 11:11 AM, the share price of Lemon Tree was trading at ₹155.55, down by 1.26% on the NSE. Notably, on December 19, the stock touched its 52-week high at ₹159.00.

Recent Developments

Last week, Lemon Tree Hotels announced the opening of its second property in Bhutan with the launch of Lemon Tree Resort in Thimphu. This managed resort boasts 60 well-appointed rooms and a villa, alongside facilities like Citrus Café, a multi-cuisine coffee shop, and Slounge, a hip recreation bar. The Phase I launch includes 48 rooms and a villa, while the remaining rooms, fitness centre, heated swimming pool, and Fresco spa will be available in Phase II.

In addition to the Thimphu resort, the company has also signed new agreements for future properties. Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi, is expected to open in FY 2027. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Furthermore, Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for the Lemon Tree Hotel in Bhuj, Gujarat, expected to open in FY 2026. This property will feature 74 rooms, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a banquet, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and other public areas. These new developments highlight Lemon Tree Hotels’ ongoing expansion and commitment to providing high-quality hospitality across India and beyond, further strengthening its market presence.
