ITC Q4FY25 Earnings Highlights 

Despite a challenging macroeconomic landscape and operating environment, the Company demonstrated a resilient performance during FY25. Gross Revenue from Continuing Operations reached ₹73,464.55 crore, while EBITDA stood at ₹24,024.83 crore. Profit Before Exceptional Items and Tax was ₹26,000.86 crore. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the year came in at ₹16.07, marginally up from ₹15.98 in the previous year.

From Discontinued Operations, the Profit Before Exceptional Items and Tax for the nine months ended 31st December 2024 was ₹572.52 crore, compared to ₹445.04 crore during the same period last year and ₹691.22 crore for the full FY24. Notably, Profit After Tax from Discontinued Operations surged to ₹15,103.76 crore for FY25 (FY24: ₹511.74 crore), largely driven by an exceptional gain of ₹15,163.06 crore, as opposed to an exceptional loss of ₹7.57 crore in FY24.

The consolidated Profit After Tax for FY25, including contributions from Discontinued Operations, stood at ₹35,195.61 crore, significantly higher than the previous year’s ₹20,421.97 crore. Total Comprehensive Income for the year was ₹34,266.23 crore, marking a solid increase from ₹22,703.03 crore in FY24.
