Hindustan Zinc Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved the first interim dividend of ₹10 per equity share of face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. 

Hindustan Zinc Interim Dividend Record Date

The company's Board of Directors, through a resolution passed by circulation on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, approved the first interim dividend of ₹10 per equity share, representing 500% of the face value of ₹2 per share, for the financial year 2025-26.

The record date for determining eligibility for this interim dividend is Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The company stated that the dividend will be disbursed within the statutory timelines as prescribed by law.

Hindustan Zinc FY 2025 Financial Highlights

The company reported its second-highest ever revenue of ₹34,083 crore for the period, marking an 18% year-on-year growth. It also achieved the second-highest EBITDA at ₹17,465 crore, up 28% YoY, with an industry-leading EBITDA margin of approximately 51%, reflecting a 400 basis point improvement.

Profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹10,353 crore, the second-best to date, registering a 33% YoY growth. Additionally, the company delivered its highest-ever Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) at 58%, underscoring strong operational efficiency and financial performance.

Hindustan Zinc Share Price Performance

On June 13, 2025, Hindustan Zinc share price (NSE: HINDZINC) opened at ₹505.00 and closed at ₹515.30, down by 0.38%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹502.15.
