Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a leading defence PSU, is preparing to announce its final dividend for FY2024–25. In a stock exchange filing on June 19, HAL confirmed that its Board of Directors will meet on June 27 to consider the final dividend.
This would follow the interim dividend of ₹25 per share already declared by the company in February 2025.
“The Board will consider recommending a final dividend for FY25 at its meeting scheduled for Friday, June 27,” HAL stated in the filing.
HAL is well-known for rewarding shareholders regularly. According to BSE records, HAL has declared dividends 13 times in total.
This consistent history highlights HAL’s commitment to returning value to its investors.
To follow insider trading regulations, HAL has closed its trading window for insiders and connected individuals. This closure applies to employees, designated persons, and their immediate family members.
The window will stay closed until 48 hours after the company announces its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.

HAL share price has delivered a mixed performance in recent times. Over the last 5 trading days, the stock has declined by 2.6%, reflecting short-term pressure. However, on a broader scale, the stock has performed well, gaining 17% both year-to-date and over the past 6 months. Despite this strong medium-term growth, HAL has seen a 7% decline over the past year, indicating some volatility in its longer-term trend.
With the board meeting scheduled for June 27, all eyes are on Hindustan Aeronautics as it considers its final dividend for FY25. Given its solid dividend history and strong market presence, this announcement will be important for shareholders. Investors should stay updated to ensure eligibility and watch for the final decision later this month.
