Adani Energy Sets Up New Subsidiary Adani Energy Solutions Step-Ten Ltd

Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Energy Solutions Step-Ten Ltd (AESSTL), registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on December 18, 2024. According to a regulatory filing, AESSTL will focus on power transmission, distribution, and related infrastructure services.
The subsidiary is yet to start business operations. AESSTL’s authorised and paid-up share capital is ₹1 lakh, with equity shares priced at ₹10 each. AESL will hold 100% of AESSTL’s equity.
Recent Developments
On December 17, 2024, Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Energy Solutions Step-Eleven Limited (AESSEL). As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), AESSEL was officially registered on December 17, 2024.
AESSEL, established for power transmission, distribution, and related infrastructure services, has an authorised and paid-up share capital of ₹1 lakh each. Since the subsidiary has just been formed, it is yet to begin business operations. AESL has acquired 100% ownership of AESSEL by purchasing equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each, with the transaction carried out as a cash consideration. No related party transactions or additional regulatory approvals were involved.

Adani Energy Solutions share price is currently trading at ₹807.85, up by ₹11.85 (1.49%) as of 9:44 AM on December 20. The stock opened at ₹799.00 and reached a high of ₹812.60.
