Shantidoot Infra Services Private Limited was Incorporated as a Private Limited Company on March 11, 2019 under Companies' Act, 2013. Further, the Company converted to Public Limited on June 16, 2022 and name of the Company was changed to 'Shantidoot Infra Services Limited' on July 01, 2022. The Company is presently engaged in construction of institutional buildings like schools, colleges, hospitals, offices, hotels, etc. In September 2022, Company launched a public issue of 4,96,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each by raising funds of Rs 4.01 Crore comprising a Fresh Issue of 2,48,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 2.0 Crore and 2,48,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 2.01 Crore through Offer for Sale. The Company is an integrated construction and real estate development company, focused primarily on construction and development of residential and commercial projects, in and around Bihar. Apart from undertaking new projects, it is developing versatile projects with a focus on innovative architecture, strong project execution, and quality construction. It categorize projects mainly into two segments viz., Government sector and Private sector. It secure private sector contracts, in general, through one-to-one negotiation. The Company has gained respect as a specialized provider of construction services to education, healthcare and hospitality sectors. Headquartered at Patna and currently operating business in Bihar and Jharkhand, they are visualizing to expand pan India and beyond. The Company expanded the business into consultancy and training the youth of Bihar, which has opened up new avenues for growth and diversification in FY 2025.
