IITL Projects Ltd was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on October 26, 1994. At the time of incorporation, the Company was mainly engaged in the business of growing fruits and vegetable and trading in jute products. On June 4, 1996, the Company came out with initial public offer of 25,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The Company could not continue with the agro based activities due to regulatory constraints. The Company decided to move into area of real estate development. The Company was taken over by Industrial Investment Trust Limited (IITL), a NBFC and a listed Company through an open offer, in compliance of SEBI guidelines was made, in July 2008 making this the company a subsidiary company of Industrial Investment Trust Limited. Industrial Investment Trust Limited. (IITL) is an NBFC, listed with BSE & NSE and a 75 year old Company. The Board of Directors have extensive experience in Finance, Banking, Real Estate and Infrastructure fields. The Company at present is focussed on expanding its horizons in real estate and infrastructure activities. Besides development, of housing at affordable rates, the Company is also involved in providing techno-commercial consultancy to infrastructure projects. In consistence with its vision, the company today delivers maximum value with highest level of quality and services. Today it is one of the upcoming real estate companies in India. The Company also bid for a piece of land under consortium with NCJ International Limited and Supertech Limited and a piece of land (Plot GH-03, Sector-78, Noida) has been allotted by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA). As per the Scheme the Company aims to plan, implement and build affordable houses and other infrastructure projects.
