About Asian Flora
Incorporated on 19 Oct.'94 as R R Floratech, Asian Flora acquired its present name in Jul.'95. The company was promoted by D Raghava Rao, K Ranga Rao and associates.
The company is setting up a 100% EOU near Bangalore to produce 8.56 mln roses pa for export purposes. It has entered into a technical agreement with Storkhorst, Holland. Storkhorst has also participated in the equity of the company.
The company has entered into a marketing agreement with Florimmex, The Netherlands, to market the entire produce of the company.
The company Green House Equipment project was delayed due to establishment of L/C. The company is developing the infrastructure facility at the airports for proper maintanance of the quality of the flowers while in transist.
