About Aris International
Promoted by Ashok Kumar Harlalka, Aditya Gears was incorporated on 21 Aug.'95. The company is setting up a plant to manufacture 384 tpa of automobile transmission gears and shafts at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, at a cost of Rs 557 lac. The promoter has 14 years trading experience in auto component market, having a network of over 375 dealers.
Initially, the plant is being tested to manufacture gears for Tata brand vehicles and ambassador cars. Depending upon the market demand, other vehicles may be added to the product range.
The Company started commercial production from July 1997. It is also taking steps to identify export markets for its products.
