
Arvind Fashions has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The company has shown significant growth in income and profit, marking a positive turnaround from the previous year.
In the March 2026 quarter, Arvind Fashions reported a total income of ₹1,372.13 crore, reflecting a 14.3% increase compared to ₹1,200.39 crore in the same quarter last year.
However, this represents a slight decline of 0.7% from ₹1,382.47 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The company achieved a net profit of ₹66.75 crore, a significant improvement from a loss of ₹72.18 crore a year ago.
This profit also marks an 83.5% increase from the ₹36.38 crore reported in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, Arvind Fashions recorded a total income of ₹5,306.98 crore, up 14.0% from ₹4,654.48 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for FY26 stood at ₹184.87 crore, a remarkable 437.4% increase from ₹34.40 crore in FY25.
The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.60 per equity share of face value ₹4 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
This recommendation is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
