JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund Portfolio Updated: Increases Holding in HDFC Bank, SBI, IndiGo

JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund, the initial active equity offering from JioBlackRock Mutual Fund, witnessed notable portfolio changes in November.  

As per ACE Mutual Fund data, the fund's assets under management (AUM) rose from ₹1,808 crore on October 31, 2025, to ₹2,231 crore by November 28, 2025. 

Major Buy and Sell Decisions in November 

The fund made a full exit from several companies, including Tata MotorsEicher MotorsZydus LifesciencesEmami, and Kalyan Jewellers. Other complete sell-offs included GHCLAmber Enterprises, and Awfis Space Solutions 

On the acquisition side, 11 new stocks entered the portfolio. These included Canara BankAdani Energy SolutionsSAILChennai Petroleum Corporation, and Britannia Industries. 

Increased and Reduced Holdings 

JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund raised its position in around 40 stocks. Notable companies with increased exposure were HDFC BankSBIInfosysTitan CompanyL&T, and Interglobe Aviation (IndiGo).  

LICAdani Ports and Special Economic ZoneTCS, and HPCL also saw more investment. On the flip side, the fund reduced holdings in 9 stocks such as Gail (India)UNO MindaSignatureglobal (India), and Gillette India.

Sector Presence and Portfolio Size 

The fund narrowed its portfolio from 141 stocks in October to 137 in November. It maintained exposure across 32 different sectors. A majority of equity bets were still diversified, reflecting the fund's flexi cap mandate to invest across capitalisation segments. 

Conclusion 

JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund's November activity featured rebalancing in both large and mid-cap spaces. With strategic exits and new stock additions, the fund aligned its holdings with evolving market conditions, as reflected in the monthly AUM growth and performance data.
