Low Price Stocks Locked in Upper Circuit Today, 2 June, 2023

On Friday, the benchmark indices were trading flat with Sensex up around 63 points or 0.10% at 62,491 and the Nifty trading up by 25 points or 0.13% at 18,512. About 2,206 shares have advanced, 1,122 declined, and 144 are unchanged on the BSE. 

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows:
The top Sensex gainers were Titan India Ltd, Tata Steel Ltd and Hindustan Unilever Ltd whereas the top Sensex losers were Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, NTPC Ltd and Infosys Ltd. 

The BSE Realty Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Oil & Gas Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Realty Index soared 1.15%, led by Mahindra Life Space Developers Ltd and Godrej Properties Ltd while the BSE Oil & Gas Ltd Index was down 0.45% dragged down by Gujarat Gas Ltd and Adani Total Gas Ltd. 

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.50% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.70%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Nuvoco Vista Corporation Ltd and Power Finance Corporation Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were KDDL Ltd and Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Paras Defence & Space Technologies Ltd, Brightcom Group Ltd and Graphite India Ltd.
