
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced its consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The company reported substantial growth in both total income and net profit for the March 2026 quarter.
In the March 2026 quarter, BHEL's total income increased by 37.3% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹12,553.50 crore, compared to ₹9,142.64 crore in the same period last year.
This also marks a 44.4% rise quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹8,691.85 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The company's net profit (PAT) saw a remarkable increase of 155.8% YoY, reaching ₹1,290.47 crore, up from ₹504.45 crore a year ago. QoQ, the net profit rose by 230.5% from ₹390.40 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2025-26, BHEL's total income rose by 20.1% YoY to ₹34,589.83 crore, up from ₹28,804.79 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for the year increased by 200.1% YoY to ₹1,600.26 crore, compared to ₹533.90 crore in the previous financial year.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.40 per share of ₹2 each, which represents 70% of the paid-up share capital of the company for the financial year 2025-26.
If approved at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid or dispatched within 30 days from the date of the meeting.
