
Ambuja Cements has released its consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The company has shown notable growth in both total income and net profit, reflecting a strong performance in the cement sector.
For the March 2026 quarter, Ambuja Cements reported a total income of ₹11,149.36 crore, marking a 5.6% increase from ₹10,553.81 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
This also represents a 7.6% rise from ₹10,363.97 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The net profit surged by 37.4% YoY to ₹1,857.43 crore compared to ₹1,351.46 crore a year ago.
Additionally, there was a significant 361.0% QoQ increase from ₹402.88 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2025-26, Ambuja Cements recorded a total income of ₹41,490.02 crore, showing a 9.2% growth from ₹37,990.69 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for FY26 increased by 6.5% YoY to ₹5,637.08 crore, up from ₹5,294.08 crore in FY25.
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, fully paid-up, for the financial year 2025-26.
This is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders.
