In November 2025, Adani Enterprises launched a large partly paid rights issue targeting nearly ₹24,930.30 crore. Eligibility was based on a record date of November 17, 2025, with the issue window running from November 25, 2025, to December 10, 2025. On-market renunciation is permitted until December 5, 2025. The entitlement ratio is 3:25, offering 3 rights shares for every 25 fully paid shares held.
The issue price is ₹1,800 per share, split into face value ₹1 and premium ₹1,799, representing a discount in the low-20s %. The partly paid structure requires ₹900 at application, followed by 2 call payments of ₹450 each. The company may issue up to 13,85,01,687 rights share on full subscription.
Funds from the 2025 issue are aimed at airports, data centres, green hydrogen, roads, PVC and copper operations, metals and mining, plus digital and media initiatives. A portion is allocated to debt reduction. Promoter holding near 74% as of September 2025 underscores expected promoter participation, with institutional investors also playing a key role.
As of November 28, 2025, at 3:30 PM, Adani Enterprises share price on NSE was ₹2,280.20 up by 1.12% from the previous closing price.
