Indian markets are expected to be impacted today, as global cues and GIFT Nifty indicate a higher start. On Tuesday, the NSE Nifty 50 slipped 30 points to close at 25,936, while the BSE Sensex fell 150 points to 84,628.

Here are key stocks to watch today: 

BPCL and Oil India

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) and Oil India signed a non-binding agreement to set up a refinery and petrochemical complex in Andhra Pradesh, investing ₹1 lakh crore. BPCL also partnered with Numaligarh Refinery and Oil India for a ₹3,500-crore cross-country pipeline and with FACT to market organic fertilisers from its Kochi biogas plant.

Signature Global

Signature Global raised ₹875 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issued to IFC, the World Bank’s lending arm. The NCDs, rated ‘A+’ stable by Care Edge Ratings, carry an 11% coupon rate and mature in January 2029.

Adani Green Energy

Adani Green’s net profit more than doubled to ₹583 crore in Q2FY26 from ₹276 crore last year. Revenue remained stable at ₹3,008 crore, while EBITDA jumped 17.4% to ₹2,603 crore, boosting margins to 86.5%.

PNB Housing Finance

PNB Housing Finance is returning to corporate lending, aiming to grow its construction finance portfolio to 5% of its loan book by FY27. The company plans to maintain focus on affordable and emerging market housing.

KPI Green Energy

KPI Green Energy received approval for commissioning 40.96 MW of solar and hybrid power projects developed for clients and its subsidiary, Sun Drops Energia.

Star Health and Allied Insurance

Star Health’s Q2 net profit fell 50.7% to ₹54.9 crore, though its half-year profit rose 21% YoY to ₹518 crore due to improved operating efficiency and a healthier loss ratio.

Adani Total Gas

Adani Total Gas posted an 11.9% YoY decline in net profit to ₹164 crore in Q2, even as revenue rose 20% to ₹1,576.4 crore, supported by higher gas volumes across CNG and PNG segments.

Tata Capital

In its first results after listing, Tata Capital reported an 11% rise in net profit to ₹1,097 crore for Q2FY26. Total income grew 4% to ₹3,774 crore, and AUM rose to ₹2.44 lakh crore as of September 2025.
