Helios Flexi Cap Fund restructured its holdings in December 2025 by exiting IndiGo and Urban Company, while expanding exposure in 24 stocks including Physicswallah, Adani Ports and Reliance Industries. 

Key Portfolio Changes Made by Helios Flexi Cap Fund in December 2025 

The Samir Arora-led Helios Mutual Fund offloaded its entire stakes in Interglobe Aviation (IndiGo) and Urban Company during December 2025.  

IndiGo shares sold totalled 99,943, following operational issues that caused flight delays and cancellations. The fund also sold 4,00,000 shares of Urban Company worth ₹5.46 crore as of November 28, 2025. 

Substantial purchases were made in Physicswallah, where the mutual fund added 21.73 lakh shares, taking the total to 69.07 lakh shares. Adani Ports also received increased exposure, among 23 other stocks to which the fund added capital. 

Other Significant Additions to the Portfolio 

The fund notably added 13.73 lakh shares of NBCC (India) and 9.28 lakh shares of Vishal Mega MartSwiggy saw an addition of 2.58 lakh shares, and Hero MotoCorp saw 39,489 new shares. 

Reliance Industries received an addition of 3.71 lakh shares, increasing the total holding to 18.20 lakh shares. ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company entered the portfolio with 1.94 lakh shares added during the same period.

Holdings Maintained in 44 Stocks 

The fund retained its existing positions in 44 stocks. This group includes prominent names such as HDFC BankICICI BankBharti AirtelPGCILRECAdani Energy SolutionsAther EnergyITC HotelsSiemens Energy IndiaCarTrade Tech and more.  

The overall portfolio count stood at 69 stocks in December, slightly reduced from 70 in November. The fund’s assets under management reached ₹5,932 crore as of December 31, 2025. 

Its benchmark remains the NIFTY 500 Total Return Index and it is managed by Alok Bahl and Pratik Singh. HDFC Bank holds the highest weight in the fund at 5.11%. 

Conclusion 

Helios Flexi Cap Fund reallocated its portfolio by exiting 2 companies and enlarging its stakes across 24 other equities. The fund continues to hold a wide-ranging diversified portfolio focused on market opportunities.
