Bengaluru-based Namma Yatri, backed by ONDC, has entered the corporate mobility segment through a partnership with fintech company OneBanc, the company announced on January 8, 2026, as per news reports.
The partnership will focus on managing employee travel for organisations through a dedicated system.
Until now, Namma Yatri has largely served individual riders across several Indian cities. The new partnership marks its first entry into enterprise-managed travel, where rides are booked and paid for by companies rather than individual users.
As part of the tie-up, Namma Yatri will introduce a Corporate Ride Benefits programme. The service allows companies to provide ride benefits to employees while managing bookings and payments through a single platform, instead of using multiple vendors or reimbursement-based processes.
The programme is integrated with OneBanc’s Employer Money Tracking System (EMTS). According to the companies, the integration automates tasks such as applying travel policies, recording expenses, generating invoices and reconciling payments. Finance teams receive consolidated travel records for review and compliance purposes.
Employees covered under the corporate programme can book rides at fixed prices, offering predictability in travel costs. Namma Yatri said that drivers using the platform will continue to operate without commissions or deductions, consistent with its existing operating structure.
The partnership comes as companies pay closer attention to travel-related costs. Industry estimates suggest corporate mobility spending in India is between $2.5 billion and $3 billion annually.
Many organisations still rely on manual claims and separate tracking systems, which can limit visibility over total spend.
In the initial phase, the service will target enterprises with large and geographically spread workforces in major Indian cities. Over time, the companies plan to extend the offering to sectors such as information technology services, banking and financial services, manufacturing and shared services.
Namma Yatri operates in multiple Indian cities and follows principles aligned with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). OneBanc provides financial and expense management tools used by enterprises to track employee spending.
