Bharti Airtel

Promoter entity Indian Continent Investment has launched a large ₹7,100 crore block deal, offering 3.43 crore shares (0.56% stake) at a 3% discount to the previous close. The deal may keep the Bharti Airtel share price in focus. 

Indian Overseas Bank

The Indian Overseas Bank has announced that it will receive an income tax refund of ₹835.08 crore for AY 2022–23, including interest. The order follows a ruling by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals).

Indraprastha Gas (IGL)

IGL has formed a 50:50 joint venture with CEID Consultants & Engineering to develop compressed biofuel and biogas (CBG) projects, supporting the expansion of India’s clean-energy ecosystem.

NCC

NCC secured a major ₹2,062.71 crore order from the Public Works (Health & Education) Department, Assam, for the expansion and modernisation of Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, boosting its order book.

Jayant Infratech

Jayant Infratech has received a ₹161.68 crore EPC contract from Konkan Railway to upgrade the existing 1×25 KV traction system to 2×25 KV, covering design, supply and commissioning activities.

Zydus Lifesciences

Zydus Lifesciences has obtained final USFDA approval for Verapamil HCL extended-release tablets (120/180/240 mg), the generic version of Calan SR, used to manage high blood pressure and reduce cardiovascular risks.

Apollo Micro Systems

Apollo Micro Systems has entered a tri-party alliance with IIT-Chennai and the Indian Navy’s DGNAI to accelerate the development of next-generation defence technologies under a new MoU.

NELCO

Tata Group’s NELCO received an important regulatory nod as the DoT granted the UL VNO-GMPCS authorisation under its Unified License, strengthening its satellite communication service capabilities.
