On Friday, the NSE Nifty 50 ended 153 points (0.59%) higher at 26,186, while the BSE Sensex gained 447 points (0.52%) to finish at 85,712.

Biocon will fully merge Biocon Biologics Ltd. (BBL) into the main company. Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw said this will help create a stronger, unified business better equipped to serve patients, especially in diabetes care.
IndiGo is gradually returning to normal operations after 6 days of disruptions. The airline expects to run over 1,650 flights and reconnect 137 of its 138 destinations. About 71% of the network is now restored, and the airline aims for full stability by December 10, earlier than expected.
Adani Power plans a huge thermal energy expansion, adding nearly 24 GW capacity by FY32. This accounts for about 30% of India’s planned thermal addition. The company will invest ₹2 lakh crore and aims to grow from 18.15 GW to 41.87 GW. Only NTPC has a bigger expansion target.
Ola Electric has started mass deliveries of scooters using its new 4680 Bharat Cell. The S1 Pro+ is the first model powered by this in-house battery. Ola claims it offers better range, performance, and safety, and says it is the first Indian company to make both battery packs and cells.
Aadhar Housing Finance expects the ownership shift within Blackstone’s funds to finish soon, pending regulatory approvals. The stake transfer is internal and will not affect the company’s management or strategy.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a chargesheet against Reliance Power and 10 others in a money-laundering case. It relates to an allegedly fake bank guarantee of ₹68 crore used to win a tender.

British American Tobacco (BAT) sold a 9% stake in ITC Hotels for ₹3,820 crore, reducing its holding from 15.3% to 6.3%. BAT sold 187.5 million shares through an accelerated book-building process, higher than what it initially planned to sell.
A major block deal is expected today, where an institutional investor may sell up to 0.5% equity in Eternal (Zomato). The deal could be worth up to ₹1,500 crore, with a floor price of ₹289.5 per share.
NBCC successfully sold 175 residential units in Greater Noida through e-auction. The units, part of Iconic Tower No. 13, fetched around ₹485.41 crore.
HFCL received export orders worth $72.96 million (₹656.10 crore) for optical fibre cables. The orders came through its foreign subsidiary and include supplying cables as per customer specifications.
