
The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) has announced the exclusion of futures and options contracts on SAMMAAN CAPITAL LIMITED (SAMMAANCAP) effective from July 1, 2026.
This decision aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) guidelines.
According to the circular issued by NSE on April 16, 2026, no new contracts for expiry months will be introduced for SAMMAANCAP following the expiration of existing contracts.
The current contracts set to expire in April, May, and June 2026 will remain available for trading until their respective expiry dates. New strikes will also be introduced for these existing contract months.
This exclusion is in reference to the SEBI Circular dated December 30, 2024, and chapter 3.5 of the NSE circular dated April 30, 2025.
These documents outline the eligibility criteria for stocks in the futures and options segment, guiding the decision to exclude SAMMAANCAP from future contracts.
Traders and investors dealing in SAMMAANCAP's futures and options should note that no contracts will be available for trading in this security from July 1, 2026.

As of April 16, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Sammaan Capital share price on NSE was closed at ₹154.96 down by 0.95% from the previous closing price.
The exclusion of futures and options contracts on Sammaan Capital by NSE is a significant move in compliance with SEBI regulations. Existing contracts will continue until their expiry, but no new contracts will be introduced post-June 2026.
