
Edelweiss Financial Services Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company experienced a decline in both total income and net profit for the quarter compared to the previous year.
In the March 2026 quarter, Edelweiss Financial Services reported a total income of ₹1,969.28 crore, marking a 16% decrease from ₹2,343.26 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Compared to the December 2025 quarter, the total income saw a significant drop of 58.2% from ₹4,715.01 crore.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter was ₹131.96 crore, reflecting a 16.7% decline from ₹158.32 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Sequentially, the net profit decreased by 51.2% from ₹270.36 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Edelweiss Financial Services recorded a total income of ₹10,865.14 crore, representing a 14.1% increase from ₹9,518.71 crore in the previous financial year. The net profit for FY26 stood at ₹680.46 crore, up 27% from ₹535.82 crore in FY25.

The company has recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 per share on the equity share with a face value of ₹1 each.
This recommendation is subject to approval by the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of April 30, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Edelweiss Financial Services share price on NSE was closed at ₹114.25 down by 7.82% from the previous closing price.
