
Capri Global Capital has launched Tranche I of its public issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs), targeting a total fundraising of up to ₹500 crore. The issue comprises a base size of ₹100 crore along with a green shoe option of ₹400 crore.
The NCDs offer coupon rates of up to 9.50% per annum and carry ratings of ‘IVR AA/Positive’ from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited and ‘ACUITE AA | Stable’ from Acuité Ratings & Research Limited.
The issue will open on April 15 and is scheduled to close on April 28, subject to early closure or extension. Investors can choose from tenors ranging between 24 months and 120 months, with both monthly and annual interest payout options available. The minimum application size is ₹10,000, and allotments will follow a first-come, first-served basis, with proportionate allocation in case of oversubscription. The NCDs will be issued in dematerialised form and are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited.
As per the prospectus, at least 75% of the funds raised will be deployed towards onward lending, financing activities, and repayment of existing borrowings. The remaining up to 25% will be used for general corporate purposes, in line with regulations set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
