Avantel Limited is drawing attention after receiving an incremental order from a key defence sector client, adding to its existing contract value and strengthening its execution pipeline.
The company received an amendment on May 4, 2026, from Bharat Electronics Limited for additional quantities under an ongoing order. The revised allocation adds ₹3.01 crore to the earlier order value of ₹8.03 crore.
With this revision, the total contract value now stands at ₹11.04 crore. The original order, awarded on November 22, 2025, relates to the manufacturing and supply of power amplifiers. The additional allocation reflects continued order flow under the same engagement.
The complete order, including the additional component, is scheduled for execution by July 2026. The contract carries a performance bank guarantee requirement of 5%, indicating standard execution safeguards.
The order has been classified as a domestic manufacturing contract awarded by a domestic entity. There is no involvement of promoter or group entities in the awarding organisation, and the transaction does not fall under related party arrangements.
The additional order highlights ongoing collaboration between Avantel and Bharat Electronics in the defence electronics segment.
The company continues to focus on manufacturing specialised communication and electronic systems, particularly in areas such as power amplifiers.
Incremental order additions of this nature contribute to strengthening the company’s order book visibility and execution pipeline.
Such developments also indicate continuity in project engagement rather than one-off order wins, reflecting stable business relationships within the defence ecosystem.

The latest order amendment reinforces Avantel’s ongoing contract with Bharat Electronics, increasing the total deal size and supporting near-term execution visibility, keeping the stock in focus.
