Enterprise AI company Uniphore has raised $260 million in its Series F funding round, with participation from Nvidia, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, as per the news reports.
Other investors include New Enterprise Associates (NEA), March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures. The round values the company at $2.5 billion.
The company said the funds will support the development of its Business AI Cloud, which helps organisations manage AI models, automate workflows, and process enterprise data. The platform currently serves over 2,000 global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies such as Dell, Allstate, The Washington Post, and Skechers.
Before the funding, Uniphore acquired Orby AI, an AI-native company that builds enterprise-grade AI agents capable of replicating user tasks. It also announced plans to acquire Autonom8, a Chennai-based automation firm focused on customer-facing and back-office workflows. Earlier, Uniphore had acquired ActionIQ and Infoworks to strengthen its data and AI integration capabilities.
Uniphore’s platform, Business AI Cloud, enables companies to automate various business processes across functions like finance, procurement, and customer service. It works with partners such as KPMG and Konecta, who use its AI systems for automation, quality assurance, and multilingual support. The platform is also integrated with Snowflake, Databricks, and AMD to enable AI adoption without moving sensitive data.
Founded in 2008 by Umesh Sachdev and Ravi Saraogi in Chennai, Uniphore has offices in the US, India, Spain, Israel, the UK, and the UAE. The company offers enterprise AI solutions that combine conversational AI, workflow automation, and data processing tools.
