India’s primary market is set to witness 3 new initial public offerings (IPOs) opening for subscription this week.
The lineup includes two mainboard issues and one SME offering, keeping the IPO pipeline active despite ongoing volatility in the secondary markets.
| Company | Segment | Subscription Dates | Price Band |
| GSP Crop Science | Mainboard | Mar 16 – Mar 18, 2026 | ₹304 – ₹320 |
| CMPDI | Mainboard | Mar 20 – Mar 24, 2026 | Yet to be announced |
| Novus Loyalty | SME | Mar 17 – Mar 20, 2026 | ₹139 – ₹146 |
The agrochemical manufacturer will lead this week’s IPO activity. The company develops crop-protection solutions including insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and plant growth regulators.
Founded more than four decades ago, the company has built a wide agrochemical portfolio and had 524 product registrations across formulations and technical agrochemicals as of September 2025.
Financially, the company reported revenue of ₹1,287 crore and net profit of ₹81 crore in FY25. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used partly for debt repayment, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes.
CMPDI, the consultancy arm of Coal India Limited, will bring the second mainboard issue.
Incorporated in 1974, the company provides consultancy services across the coal and mineral value chain, including geological exploration, mine planning, environmental management and remote sensing. It currently commands around 61% market share in India’s coal and mineral consultancy space.
For FY25, the company reported revenue of ₹2,177 crore and profit after tax of ₹667 crore.
The SME segment will see one new offering, with Novus Loyalty planning to list on the BSE SME platform. The company operates in the loyalty and customer engagement solutions space, providing technology-driven reward and engagement programs for enterprises.
