Gaurik Fashion has taken a key step towards the capital markets by filing its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The filing, dated May 10, 2026, sets out plans to raise funds through an Initial Public Offering.

The company operates in India’s fashion and lifestyle retail space with partnerships across global brands. The proposed issue is aimed at supporting store expansion and business operations.

IPO Structure and Offer Details

The proposed IPO comprises up to 70,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. This includes a fresh issue of up to 62,00,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 8,00,000 equity shares.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE. Credora Partners is acting as the book‑running lead manager, while MAS Services is the registrar to the issue.

Proposed Use of Fresh Issue Proceeds

Gaurik Fashion plans to utilise a significant portion of the fresh issue proceeds for retail expansion. Funds have been earmarked for setting up 6 new Skechers stores and for capital expenditure related to new store establishments.

The company also plans to meet initial inventory requirements for these outlets. Additional uses include investments in subsidiaries, repayment of certain borrowings and meeting general corporate purposes.

Business Model and Brand Associations

Gaurik Fashion is associated with globally recognised brands across mass, mid‑market and luxury segments. Its portfolio spans footwear, apparel and accessories, serving diverse consumer categories.

Since inception, the company has operated through a mix of distribution, exclusive brand outlets and franchise‑based retail. This multi‑format approach allows flexibility in scaling operations while strengthening brand presence.

Expansion Journey and Global Tie-Ups

Incorporated in 2017, the company initially focused on the distribution of sportswear and lifestyle brands. Its promoters, Vishnu Pillai and Rajesh Dudi, bring prior experience of managing brands such as Adidas, Puma and Reebok.

In 2019, Gaurik Fashion entered direct retail by launching an Exclusive Brand Outlet for Skechers and partnered with Guess through its subsidiary. Since 2023, it has expanded through franchise operations for Bugatti, partnerships with Luxottica for Ray‑Ban, and in 2025 secured exclusive India rights for Bugatti, TT Bagatt, Bagatt and Sweaty Betty.
